Details:

Our client was in the process of transitioning their operating certificate from Part 91 to Part 125. Operating under the existing rules has fewer restrictions. The client target was to write the Operations Manual (OM) as per the instructions of the new regulations, incorporate all changes to the manuals and ensure compliance with the Civil Aviation Authority regulations.

Action Plan:

1. Explain the Civil Aviation Authority processes in place and share the Implementation plan with the main stakeholders.

2. Execute the changes and update the stakeholders on the progress.

3. Deliver the desired manuals before the cutoff date.

Outcome:

The certification process with the Civil Aviation Authority was easy, as we clarified expectations in advance, and the execution team was informed beforehand about all expected steps as they moved toward the targeted date to receive the new certificate.
